モンティチェロ ホテル

「If average was a hotel this would be it. Not saying it’s a bad thing. Normal hotel.」

「First time ever meeting the owner of the property. The owner was extremely nice, polite and very courteous. He took the time to show me exactly where the room was located and let me know if I needed anything he’s always available. The room was great. Very clean, provided everything for a comfortable stay. I checked out around 3:45 in the morning and the owner was up and about making rounds. Very nice man and will definitely book next time I’m in town.」

「Friendly staff, good complimentary breakfast, pet-friendly and affordable, small pool, our room could use a little renovation but it was a pleasant stay. Great price, close to dog park, downtown, restaurants, stores. Would stay again.」

「フロントの人は親切な対応だった。」

「Breakfast is very good if you hit it early.」

「Shades motel is not bad at all. Well kept property」

The hotel told me I had to cancel through Expedia, and Expedia said they had to contact the hotel. Later got an email from Expedia saying that the hotel wouldn’t give me a refund. I would never book with Expedia again, and never stay at Wood Spring Suites. They do not honor what they tell you. Do not book with either...
