"The motel is quaint with some updates. Exceptionally clean! Biggest negative was the close proximity to a local nightclub that was very loud until 2am during our stay."

"I wasn't sure what to expect and at first glance, I was a little nervous. However, we were greeted by Willie, who checked us in quickly, and ensured that we had everything we needed during our stay. I felt bad that there wasn't more staff to help him...it was Labor Day weekend, the hotel was full, and the phone rang off the hook. I do have one gripe about the parking lot. The stairway that was close to our room was wonky at the bottom, and the cemented sidewalk in front of the stairway has shifted and was bulging out of the ground. I hope by the next time I visit, management has fixed, or repaved the parking. I tripped on it a couple times, and I was sober! lol Overall, we enjoyed our stay and decided to try it out again next time we are in Monterey.
