「This was the best stay my family and I have ever experienced. The staff were accommodating, helpful, and extremely kind. They provided a list of restaurants nearby if we couldn’t eat at their restaurant, provided beverage and food service poolside, and clean towels for each of us. The room was fantastic, clean with lots of space and plenty of amenities. The cooked-to-order breakfast was incredible as well. We felt very well taken care of during our stay and would absolutely stay here again!...

「Il Palagetto Agrihotel is a beautiful and peaceful countryside property with wide panoramic views and a calm, relaxing atmosphere. Our room was comfortable and well maintained, and the location made it easy to explore nearby Tuscan towns while enjoying the quiet of the hills. We had unexpected car troubles, and she went above and beyond — allowing us to keep the car safely at the hotel for three days until it was towed, coordinating...

「We, my wife and I, staid 3 nights mid August . We were surprised that nobody came during our stay to clean our room and/or make the bed. But 2 more things were more shocking to us. 1- There was indeed a kettle in our kitchen, however nowhere to plug it. There was no wall socket to plug the the 3-pin plug. Also, no cups to be found in our kitchen. I had to go to the restaurant to ask for cups ! 2- The breakfast costs 18 euros. This price would be acceptable with more choice of food and free...
