「ストックホルム中心部から電車で20分程度の鉄道駅に直近するウイークリーマンション的な施設。室内に調理具や食器がすべて完備しており、近くになんでも揃った大型スーパーが2軒あるので、困ることはない。ただ完全な個室マンション型の宿なので、レセプションはなく、事前にメールで連絡が来るＩＤを記録しておかないと、入室もできなければ、建物にも入れない。トラブルがあった時は電話かパソコンで連絡する必要があるので、そのことができない人には不便なところがある。国際空港からやや時間はかかるが（50分）、乗り換えなしの電車で行けるので、その点は便利。施設はものすごく清潔でその点では問題はない。」

「The flat worked well for our needs and is in a great neighborhood with lots of restaurants and good public transit connections. Jesper was a good and communicative host. One issue I’d point out is that the bathtub/shower was super slippery and somewhat difficult to get in and out of safely if you have any mobility issues, which I do. 「The apartment was in excellent condition, with bright & airy interiors and comfortable beds. Close proximity to Duvbro T station (12 min walk), that had nice gravel paths to follow in a clean and safe residential neighborhood. Bedrooms were well-appointed, but with really no closet space. Bathroom has been recently updated and functional, but small. Overall a very nice stay, and would stay again. Many thanks to our host!」
