Piscine molto belle e ottimo anche il servizio di massaggi. Essendo la nostra stanza al primo piano, proprio sopra la reception, si è sentito cantare e suonare tutte le sere fino alle 23. Unica vera pecca, per un hotel di questo livello, è non includere gli accappatoi nel prezzo della camera, quanto meno nella nostra. Mi aspetterei che per tutte le camere fossero inclusi senza dover pagare 15€ al giorno come extra…

Fin poolområde og venlig personale

Dejlige poolområde. Venlig og hjælpsom personale. Maden var ind i mellem god, men man skulle være meget hurtigt, for det bedste var hurtig væk og langsomt om at blive fyldt op igen hvis overhovedet. Der manglede adgang til handsker ved buffetten, og i disse COVID- tider synes vi, at det er påkrævet. Til gengæld var man meget opmærksom på, at alle havde stofbadehætter på i poolen, men ingen krav om vask, inden man hoppede i. Stemningen i restauranten var hektisk med et personale, der konstant drønede rund. Men altid søde og venlige. Toiletpapir må være en mangelvare i Italien. Vi måtte enten stjæle eller snyde os til en hel rulle. Først 3. Dag fik vi een rulle og 3 ruller på 6. Dage. Vi måtte også bede om håndklæder til os begge. Det var der ikke automatisk, da vi kom. På 3. Dage fandt vi også ud af, at de brugte bidethåndklæder blev hængt tilbage. Vandtrykket i bruseren var så svag, at håret skulle vaskes i poolområdet, for at kunne skylle sæben ud. Balkonen til superiorværelset kan vel dårlig beskrives som en balkon, men et vindue i hjørnet af værelset med bord og stol Man kan rolig nappe en stjerne uden at nogle vil bemærke det

Io e mio marito abbiamo visitato diverse Spa nella zona ma in questo abbiamo avuto dei problemi, specialmente con la pulizia: camera con pavimento sporco (anche dopo sollecitazione alla reception di venire a pulirlo nessuno è venuto a pulire), alone di polvere sulla tv e sul piedistallo, uno degli asciugamani nel bagno sporco di macchie rossastre ed in generale pulizia molto scarsa ( soprattutto in un momento come questo per via del Covid la pulizia dovrebbe essere buonissima). In più la stanza che ci è stata data era molto meno bella di quella scelta tramite il sito di Expedia. Nonostante ci fosse una foto di accapatoi e ciabattine in una delle foto, una volta arrivati ci è stato detto che asciugamani/accapatoi non erano inclusi per la Spa. Trovo che la foto tragga in inganno quindi suggerisco che venga tolta o che venga espressamente scritto più chiaramrnte che non sono in dotazione con la permanenza. Struttura delle piscine non molto pulita, qulità del cino al ristornate molto average. Ci dispiace molto aver speso soldi per una struttura che chiaramente deve rivedere la sua organizzazione.

WORST PLACE I HAVE EVERY VISITED! Checked out one day ealier because all was so bad. Bed bugs and durty everywhere. Would never recommend this to anyone in the world! STAY THE HELL AWAY!

Senza Lode ne Infamia, le piscine sono un po’ datate e non funzionano bene gli idromassaggi. La struttura invece è stata rimodernata, anche se gli arredi rimangono d’epoca, ma funzionali e gradevoli. Nelle piscine Acqua calda e pulita ma poco sulfurea. Il sabato c’erano parecchie persone e non tutti avevano la brandina disponibile, anche perché al solito alcuni incivili tenevano occupate le brandine senza utilizzarle ed in numero eccessivo. Presenza di bambini che si tuffavano nonostante i richiami del personale. In un luogo di relax gradirei piscine distinte per adulti e bambini.

Ci è piaciuta la piscina esterna, molto calda. L'albergo ha una struttura datata.Le condizioni non sono chiare. Suggeriamo di fare molta attenzione ai servizi offerti. A titolo di esempio andrebbe sottolineato che (a differenza degli altri hotel dell'area) l'uso della piscina termina alle 13, poi diventa a pagamento. L'wifi di fatto non funziona

Relax corpo e mente

Ho trascorso una notte in questo hotel e mi sì o rigenerati un quanto c’è molta tranquillità, le camere non sono del tutto pulite in quanto le poltrone sono molto sporche ma nel complesso lo consiglio

Hotellet motsvarar inte förväntningarna eller bilderna. Lobbyn pampig men rummet väldigt, väldigt slitet och sjaskigt. Mycket obekväm säng. Rent otrevlig personal i frukostmatsalen. Nattportiern obehaglig/verkade onykter. Fin bassängdel men utan dusch/omklädningsrum och handduk får man ta med från rummet, låna en extra kostar 5 euro.

Wir haben das Hotel aufgrund der netten Bilder und des Pools gebucht. Leider haben wir uns ein wenig an der Nase herumgeführt gefühlt, da wir den Eindruck hatten, eines kleinen Schwindels aufgessenen zu sein. 1. Sollten wir bei Ankunft 25 EUR pro Tag pro Person (d.h. 75 EUR für unsere Familie) extra bezahlen, da bei Expedia-Buchungen die Poolnutzung nicht inklusive ist, obwohl die Zusatzkosten nirgends aufgeführt sind. Auch ein Anruf bei Expedia bestätigte, dass das Hotel derlei selbst bestimmen dürfe. Erst nach Diskussion mit dem Hotel verbunden mit dem Wissen um unseren Anruf, akzeptierte das Hotel, dass der Pool inklusive ist. 2. Das 3-Bettzimmer war sehr sauber, groß und auch das Bad neu und groß genug. Der Ausblick war ein Ausblick auf verkrüppelte Pflanzen, Bauschutt und Dreck, aber das war uns egal, da die Klimaanlage sehr alt und zu klein dimensioniert war, um dem Raum zu kühlen, so dass wir ohnehin die Vorhänge ganztägig geschlossen hielten. Schlafen war bei der Hitze nicht möglich, obwohl das Bett bequem war. Auf Anfrage wurde uns schließlich ein Ventilator zur Verfügung gestellt, der wenig hilfreich war. 3. Das Hotel ist ein Kurhotel, kein Urlaubshotel, so dass viele Gäste im Morgenmantel beim Frühstück erschienen. Das Publikum war hauptsächlich im Rentenalter, als junge Familie haben wir uns nicht wohl und durch unfreundliche Kellner auch nicht willkommen gefühlt. 4. Die großzügige Poollandschaft hat uns für vieles entschädigt.
