"Amazing room views. The room was clean and modern but if you have allergies to pets this might not be the place for you. We travel with our small dog so I have to say the place was great!! Very friendly staff and good amenities."

"Property is a motel conveniently located across the street from the Disneyland entrance. Location is the only positive feedback I have for this motel. I checked into the hotel and walked across the parking lot to find the key not working. Returned to the front desk and the clerk looked at her computer and said it should be working fine but to call the number on the back and someone should be able to help if I can't figure it out. The key worked when we went back across the parking lot to our room but smelled like chlorine and dampness. It was only my daughter and I, so we checked around the room real quick for any wet pool towels or swimsuits left in the room but didn't find anything. Left the front door open and the bathroom fan on for awhile to air it out. Carpets were dirty along the baseboards where we laid our suitcases and bathroom is very small. The fridge was very loud and I had to unplug it at night to sleep. I also had to unplug the heater/AC on the wall because it had a loud fan that would kick on even with the unit turned off. The neighbors above us may have been running laps around their room because the pounding on the ceiling was much louder than the television and ended up lasting until around 3:00 am, long after we had tried to go to sleep. I had hoped to use the rooftop bar to watch the fireworks from Disneyland, but they are closed on Mondays snd the next night had a chance of rain so it stayed closed Tuesday as well. The pool looked nothing like the photo."

"easy to check-in. room clean. friendly staff. Breakfast choices slightly limited and breakfast buffet also limited. "

"Location was convenient and Shuttle is a bonus. The hallway was not cleaned when we arrived ,the bathroom tub was dirty with green stuff that I was scared to scrape off ."

"This motel is clean, comfortable, and offers free breakfast and two pools and two hot tubs to relax in."

"Nice property, but a couple of things that could help, calling and talking to someone is sometimes impossible, i left a jacket on a Sonesta airport shuttle , just getting a reply to a email seemed a monumental task, with no reply if they could or could not find it. The description of where the shuttles pick people up could be much better, even a simple picture of a typical location would help."

"Overall it was really good. We walked to/from Disneyland, and it wasn't bad at all. The room was fine. We had a refrigerator and coffee pot, which was great. The room felt a little stripped-down, though. I had to chase down a hair dryer but luckily found a nice housekeeper who helped me, since the front desk couldn't.. They didn't automatically have them in the rooms, which I found weird. It was a great deal, though, and good location."
