Cozy cottage located on a clear-water lake, ideal for swimming, fishing or boating, where you get the coziness of being in the woods with the city-like amenities of high speed internet & the proximity to grocery stores and restaurants. Located north of Mont-Tremblant, you will truly find yourself nestled in the comfort of nature, while relaxing in the hot tub with a hot cup of cocoa or a glass of wine, or whatever your choosing might be! We welcome you at Chalet Natura anytime of year!

🏡 On the main floor, the cottage has 2 closed bedrooms with a bathroom situated in the middle of these rooms. The bedrooms are each equipped with 4 LED pot-lights, 2 side tables & bedside lights with independent switches. Please note: the bathroom is only accessible from the bedrooms as it’s located in the middle of both bedrooms.

The veranda is a three season veranda (so it’s not isolated or heated for winter). You can still use it but it is cold during winter.

⚠️Please note: the cottage is perfect for a small group of 4 to 6 people, but can accommodate more if needed (cottage is approximately 750 sq ft, so it might be a tight fit if you’re more than 4 people).

🚻The bathroom has heated tile flooring with a walk-in shower. There's a ceiling light, a mirror light & a heat lamp to keep your warm during the winter months. Shampoo/conditioner (by Tresemmé) & body wash (by Ivory) is included in your stay.

🧑‍🍳The kitchen is equipped with an 8 chair table, an electric stove, a fridge, a double sink, pots & pans, kettles, a Keurig coffee maker, basic spices and general kitchen supplies. Coffee, tea and sugar are included.

🛋️In the living room, you will find enough place for 4 people to sit comfortably on the couches (with the amazing panoramic view of the lake). There is a 50 inch Smart TV with a DVD player (and a pocket of DVDs). We also have a few deck of cards, board games & puzzles for those rainy days. 👉Please note that we DO NOT provide access to Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, etc. These channels are available on the television but you will need to provide your own personal login credentials to access those channels.

For extra sleeping space, there is also a loft, which is accessible by the stairs at the entrance. It is equipped with a single and queen mattress, both mattresses laying on the floor. This loft is ideal if you have children, as there is limited headspace clearance. There is also an electric plug in the loft for you to plug in a light or to charge your phone at night.

🎉The cottage is NEWLY equipped with high-speed fiberoptic internet (125 mbps download & 25 mbps upload)! We were the first cottage on the lake to receive high speed internet so we count ourselves very lucky to have access to fibe!

🛀There is also a 6-person hot tub outside with a tin cover. The spa has a great view of the lake! Please be careful while using it and follow the directions that are posted. Spa/beach towels are included in your stay and are colour coded so everyone remembers which towel is theirs! The spa is completely sanitized between each stay and we provide extra products for you to add after use to keep the water beautiful for your enjoyment.

🚗 There are 4 parking spots on the lot. For those of you who drive an electric car and would like to recharge quickly during your stay, there is a Level 2 Fast Charger (240V) electric car charger that is available free of charge for our guests.

👀👉Please note that the cottage is located close to a small village, right on a lake, surrounded by forest and wilderness. It is normal to find bugs and animals around the area (in the winter, it’s very common to wake up and find deer walking on the lake and around the area).

🛶You’ll also have access to a private dock is accessible right from the backyard, at the bottom of the stairs! We have a 3 person canoe & a a pedal boat (with life vests available) where you can take a trip to the island in the middle of the lake. You can also fish (fishing licenses are for sale at the local dépanneur). For those of you with boats, there is a public unloading station. Please follow all the guidelines when you use it, as the municipality is very strict on those rules (washing your boat, etc. There is a free power-washer available for you at that unloading dock and it is mandatory to wash your boat before putting it in the water). The dock is removed by mid October for winter and put back in place when the snow thaws in the spring..

🍖There's also a BBQ that is available for use throughout the year. We provide the propane & BBQ utensils and proper dishes for barbecuing.

🪵There is an indoor wood stove (a typical Quebecer poêle-à-bois as we call it) and an outdoor fire pit. A small pile of wood is included for your stay with a fire starting kit (small kindling wood, a fire starter log, lighter). The outdoor fire pit is available throughout the year and wood is also provided for its usage.

**ACTIVITIES*** There are many activities you can do around the area;

👉 Located right on the Federated Skidoo & VTT trails, which means you can leave directly with your ski doo straight from the property - see FCMQ website for trail details!

One of the best and closest options is the Montagne du Diable Regional Park, situated at about 25 minutes from the cottage. There you'll find 80 km of hiking and snowshoeing trails, 96 km of ski trails & 25 km of mountain biking!

☀️🌻🕶️⛱️In the summer, you can swim in the lake, use the hot tub, BBQ, enjoy a drink on the dock, go canoeing, use the pedal boat, go to the island in the middle of the lake and have a picnic, if you have a boat you can go boating (the lake is 1.75 square kilometres so it's pretty big), you can also go fishing, there's a horse riding camp about 20 minutes away, a beautiful waterfall in the middle of the forest you can visit and the cottage is situated about 20 minutes away from Montagne du Diable Regional Park, where you can hike, rent a bike, etc. You can roast marshmallows in the fire pit while admiring the many stars you'll see in the sky (as there is no light pollution). You can rent bikes and motorcycles in the nearby cities if that's something you are interested in.

❄️🥶☃️🏂In the winter, you can skate in the local skating rink (please note that we cannot guarantee when or even if the skating rink does open at any given time). The fire pit is also accessible during winter and you can go cross-country skiing, snowshoeing & site-seeing at the Montagne du Diable Regional Park. You can also visit the local sugar shack (we're known for our “Cabanes à sucres” here in Québec & enjoy our typical local winter cuisine). You can also rent snowmobiles in Mont-Laurier, and we are located right on a federated snowmobile route.

Guest access
You'll have access to the entire cottage & the land around it (except for the forest part, which belongs to the neighbour! You have private access to the 2 bedrooms, the loft (please be careful), the living room, kitchen, bathroom, veranda, the dock, the hot tub, the lake, etc!
Other things to note
Please be respectful of the area! Our neighbours enjoy their cottage as well, so we are very strict on the noise policy. Please keep the noise level to a minimum after 9 PM. Obviously you can hang out and chat around the fireplace outside, but just keep the volume low - that's all we ask! :)

IMPORTANT: NO parties, NO events, only the people listed on your reservation may have access to the cottage).

Spa cleanliness : our spa is kept to the highest cleanliness standards and gets tested and cleaned out regularly. Should the spa be unusable upon your departure (ie do to a spillage), we reserve the right to charge 350$+tax to cover the cost of cleaning and refilling the spa.

Also, please treat this place like it is your own!! Be mindful that you're on the lake, so noise does carry out very far as there is an echo! NO smoking inside the cottage or veranda.

Bed linens, shower and beach towels are included.

There is a guestbook with all the instructions and rules of the cottage - please take the time to read it carefully.

Pedal boat, canoe & BBQ are available from May 1st to November 1st.

Cellular signal is spotty - you can still make phone calls & send texts, but it's not as reliable as in town! (5 minutes away you get perfect reception). You can also do wifi-calling if your phone is enabled to do so, and it works great!

There is one camera in the entrance of the parking lot, which gives a direct view to the parking lot and the main public road.
