"Kind of out of the way and a little challenging to get to if not experienced driver of 1/2 lane roads. Having said that a pretty property but old and musty particularly “the lobby”. Room had a swarm of flying insects of different varieties and this was a two bedroom suite supposedly. Had to kill many myself would have been nice had they done this before assigning the room. It was all we could get. Breakfast and staff at breakfast not on par with other 5 star hotels. Pool is nice as is the staff at pool. Gym is meager. Buona Fortuna!"

"I not even know where to start . At the moment I got in the room , I opened the windows and I saw the most amazing view that I ever seen in my life. It was a breathtaking. Emio and Giuseppe were truly amazing. They were amazing giving us information to all the places I wanted to go. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. We had an amazing experience . Thank you so much . 😊"

"As it is out of town - there is no easy access to the railway station at Monopoli which meant an expensive taxi ride (30 Euros) each way. The taxi's however were prompt and reliable with very courteous drivers. Very few restaurants on site other than snacks being offered at the bar areas at certain times with a little cafe within walking distance out of the site. Their buffet evening meal for 35 Euros each included wine. The bar area was lovely in the evening for a drink and a lovely view. We didn't use the spa facilities. The pool was kept immaculate and was one of the nicest we have had a hotel for a long time. There was no coffee making facilities in the room which was a disappointment, however excellent buffet breakfast with unlimited proper Italian coffee being made fresh to order and amazingly quickly by their barista!! There is now a service charge (tip) added to the cost of the hotel room so we were a little surprised this wasn't included in the original quote from Expedia. (around 200 Euros). But upon Googling it seems a new cost which is the new norm. Overall, would recommend this hotel with the caveats above. There is parking on site, but we didn't hire a car so didn't need this."
