Didn’t have time to notice before staying as we checked in and left for a wedding and returned after midnight. No one at counter to request soap. Luckily we bring our own for emergencies. Mattresses need replacing. The toppers are lumpy and very uncomfortable."

"Food crumbs on the floors, bathroom was dirty, they didn’t have my reservation so I ended up paying more than what was quoted to me through the app. People were loud at all hours of the night as well. We left a day early because it was so bad."
