My family and I checked in around 6pm and left around 8:45pm. There were stains on the covers, carpet, and chairs; furniture was not cleaned (I.e., the eating table); a chair was broken; and there were a swarm of ants after dropping a fry on the carpet. We thought we could stay until check out the next day, but decided to leave. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

I normally don’t leave reviews but this needs to be said. The front desk was disrespectful at check In. The beds were horrible hard as a rock we had three adults and all of us could barely sleep. Then in the morning at 8:50am we were told to not eat breakfast because she wanted to clean up. I would only stay here if you had no other choice.

I paid twice for the same room

I reserved my room as pay at the property. The manager called and demanded payment before I arrived or he would give my room away. He said he would cancel my room if payment wasn’t received by 6pm. The app has no way to pay after you select pay at property. I made another reservation and paid online. Once there the manager said he would cancel the other room knowing he already charged me for it. The manager is a thief. Hotels.com should make hotels uphold the reservation I reserved. Never had this happen before, a demand for payment.

Great service! Very nice staff. Very upfront about the price and deposit on room. It has a pool that is well kept. You have to go to the front desk to get access but totally understandable to keep the pool clean and at capacity.

The room was very outdated, the walls were patched up all over the room, even inside the shower / bath. The door in the hotel room was also patched up as if someone punched a hole in it previously. The breakfast was all dry foods, there weren’t many choices.

This was a three night stay for a family trip. Although the staff were friendly and accommodating, the facility and offerings were disappointing. The interior was run down and our room did not appear completely clean. The carpet did not look swept. I found a beer bottle cap on the floor in the room. The in-room coffee pot did not work, nor was the basket stocked. The cable channels advertised as offered weren't available. The manager stated this was a Comcast issue for all guests but it was never resolved during our stay. The "continental breakfast" barely had offerings with limited stock-and we went down during the first hour each morning. The pool did not have towels and only had three chairs. Overall, the facility seems to operate on bare-minimum offerings to guests. It didn't match with how friendly and helpful the staff were.

Don’t waste your money here.

The tub was dirty as well as the furniture in the room. The chain for the door was missing. Everything had stains and the staff gave attitude when I pointed out all the unclean and unkept things no accommodations offered at all.
