The modern kitchen includes a breakfast bar and is fully equipped with premium appliances such as an oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, and kettle. Amenities include weekly cleaning service for stays over seven nights with linen and towel changes, as well as a cot and highchair available on request for children under two years of age. Personal key delivery is available until 8:00 PM.
Important Conditions
This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events, or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbors are strictly forbidden. Overcrowding beyond the agreed number of guests is prohibited, except for previously authorized exceptions. Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation and is only allowed on open terraces or balconies, with care expected for furniture and grass. A deposit of €2,000 is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and is subject to a damage inspection. Guests are encouraged to check for any previous damage at check-in and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings. Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
Late check-in is available on request and entails the following charges:
