"Property is set in a secure compound, with cafe's, shops and a drycleaner/laundry (not related to the hotel). Staff speak English, getting into the hotel requires a secure key from Reception. Make sure you have their phone number because the hotel is on the second floor and the security officer at the entrance is not authorized to use the lift to allow you to go up to the floor. "I stayed for the first time in this place after many years coming to Odessa and i was really pleased to find this place which is really great located modern 2 great bathrooms jacuzzi etc..
The staff is really welcoming always available to help you in any request.
There is a spa as well where you can get amazing massage then it's really next door to all the restaurants and activities of Arcadia
