Hotel had a bomb shelter which was nice given the circumstances. Good location and very walkable to site. Great breakfast and staff were very accommodating including arranging transportation. Definitely hope to return here someday.

Excellent Service. Reception was very welcoming and warmly greeted us and wemt out of the way to make me feel comfortable. Fine hotel in an excellent location. Has a backup generator which is a necessity with all the ongoing events in Ukraine. Security detail also bery helpful with a tour of the first floor ammenities and pointing out the smaking area and such. Highly recommend.

Alexandrovsky è senza dubbio il miglior hotel di Odessa. Elegante, pulito, dotato di tutti i comfort e arricchito dalla deliziosa gentilezza di miss Alex. Le camere sono belle, moderne e spaziose, il bagno impeccabile, ila colazione è eccezionale, fornita di ogni cosa. Ho una certezza. Ogni volta che tornerò a Odessa, tornerò in questo hotel!

While in town for business I stayed here and was impressed with the modern clean rooms and common spaces. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly and very accommodating. Food in the restaurant and room service was outstanding.

Odessa October 2020

The hotel Hass a nice appearance, good location and friendly professional staff.the room was clean and a good size. My only problem and it may be due to back problems, the bed or mattress might be fairly new, however for me it was like sleeping on the floor. It was more than just firm. I only slept for a few hours and unable to get back to sleep. The waitstaff in the restaurant were great yet the breakfast was lacking only regards to the precooked omelets which were cool and moist. The rest of the breakfast choices were good. Fruit and, salads, pastries, hard boiled eggs. If it were not for the mattress I would stay there again. To remember it might just be due to my back injury.

Had a clean, comfortable and quiet room on the 5th floor. The hotel is in a central location, 20 minutes' walk from bus & train station, 30 to beach. Very friendly, English speaking staff. Rich breakfast. All good and recommended.

COVID-19-Krise wurde vorbildlich gelöst!

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, auch bei Sonderwünschen wurde möglichst großzügig verfahren. Rezeption englischsprachig besetzt, so dass keine Kenntnisse in russischer oder ukrainischer Sprache erforderlich waren. Kleiner Nachteil für Nicht-VPN-vernetzte Gäste ist das fehlende deutsche TV-Programmangebot, aber englischsprachige Sender (Euronews, Bloomberg, BBC) sind im Angebot vorhanden. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentrumsnah (ca. 500 m zur Haupt-Einkaufsstraße) und in unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich ein gut sortierter Supermarkt mit großem Angebot. Gutes Restaurant direkt im Hotel. Gut ausgestattetes Zimmer mit Dusche/WC und sehr bequeme Betten. Wäscheservice sehr schnell und günstig. Klimaanlage und Fenster mit Fliegenschutzgitter, Minibar, täglich eine Flasche frisches Mineralwasser (kostenlos). Obwohl der Aufenthalt nach einigen Tagen durch Restriktionen aufgrund der COVID-19-Krise beeinflusst wurde, hat das Hotel diese Krise hervorragend bewältigt, z. B. wurde das Frühstück nach am jeweiligen Vortag erfolgter Bestellung (gute Auswahlmöglichkeiten aus reichhaltigem Angebot) aufs Zimmer gebracht! Am Abreisetag sehr reichhaltiges Lunchpaket für die Reise.

Jag bodde två nätter på Alexandrovskiy Hotel.En mycket behaglig vistelse.Hotellet verkar relativt nytt eller nyrenoverat.Stort rum med skön dubbelsäng.Mycket bra fräscht badrum.Trevlig personal som talade bra engelska.Dock var jag lite besviken på frukostbuffén.Kunde tex ha funnits stekt ägg,omeletter att beställa.På andra sidan gatan ligger en svartabörs marknad så jag råder besökare att vara lite försiktiga runt hotellet kvällstid.

Fantastic luxury hotel

Stayed here for one night when my flight was cancelled. I arrived very stressed due to my flight being cancelled but all that stress was eradicated straight away. This is a modern, comfortable and luxurious feeling hotel albeit at an extremely affordable price. The staff spoke perfect English and check in was easy. The rooms are extremely comfortable as was the bed. The hotel has quite a few restaurants attached to it so you don’t have to go far for a good meal particularly in bad weather. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a central location in Odessa to stay in. Five stars for an extremely affordable price.

location was very good to access downtown Odessa. I had a broken AC in my room and they did fix it but it required moving me twice to a different room but the staff was very very nice and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel.
