I just finished a stay at the Hotel Otrada in Odessa, Ukraine. This is May/June 2021. I chose the hotel because it was near the beach and most reviews were 5-star. I like boutique hotels like this one. I was very satisfied. I thought no hotel could approach the level of service of my favorite hotel, the Swiss Hotel in Lviv, Ukraine. But I have to say that the Otrada can be mentioned in the same positive light. All of the staff were courteous. I would like to make special mention of Olga at the front desk. From check-in to check-out, she did everything to make sure that my stay was wonderful. The hotel is clean, the breakfast is great, the Internet was fast and reliable. It’s a short walk to the beach, though they offer electric buggy service. They will give you beach towels. The beach has a restaurant, pubs, takeaway snacks, bike rentals, etc. There is a great hiking/biking trail just down the hill from the hotel. The hotel is a little away from the center, but I wanted to be near the beach. If you like walking, the center is walkable. Otherwise, it’s an easy Uber or cab ride. There is also a good market for food, spices and the like at the train station, also a short walk. If the goal is just to hit bars in the center, then maybe you want something there. But if you’d like to be near the beach, get some exercise or be away from the noise in the center, then I highly recommend it. I didn’t want to leave and look forward to visiting again.

Elegant resort near Black Sea

Nice property with pool, well located with golf cart shuttle to Black Sea. Also proximate to centre, about 3 km, and Arkadia about 4 km (though best to avoid latter if over 25 years of age). The front desk staff and cleaners were very kind and accommodating, spoke excellent English, and I was grateful for late checkout. Breakfast buffet lacked variety and was understaffed.

Hotel was good, staff was very friendly and polite. It was close to beach just 10 minutes walk, so happy with the location. Breakfast was delicious, food was not overpriced, I would have like the tea and coffee machine in the room. They only have that in the restaurant. Rooms were with smart TV, I can stream movies and video from my mobile. So which language containt do you want to see it doesn't matter. Overall it is very good hotel

Hotellet har allt man kan önska sig. Roomservice 24/7. Vänlig personal och stilfullt inrett. De har även en bankomat på hotellet trots så får rum. Bra mat i den italienska restaurangen.Bra vinlista av importerade viner. De har även en beachclub med lunch restaurant som hotellet kör en till med förlängd "golfbil". Bra WiFi. Byten av lakan och handdukar varje dag.Det finns även minispa på hotellet. Trevligt område kring poolen.
