noisey, thin walls, but everything else is great

good service, close to airport, staff actually clean rooms EVERYDAY unlike other hotels in Ukraine that say they do but don't. only down side is Thin walls and cleaning people will come by at 10am so if your trying to sleep in it will be problem. you can hear everything in the hall walls.

Very Good hotel

At the time I just needed a place to stay. The room was good. I slept real good. It is in a very good location, but most of all, the young lady at reception was extremly helpful with everything. From calling for taxi's, help me for translations, just everything.

Great location ocomparing the price. Economy rooms were without windows and also not very quiet. Friendly staff organized moving to better room on request. They also helped us on any other cases..

das Internet ist super.

Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig und so mancher handwerklicher Markel im Zimmer (in meinem Falle kaputte Steckdosen) trüben den Gesamteindruck. Die Wände sind sehr dünn. Man hört jedes räuspern nebenan. Nur Sputnik empfang auf TV. Jeden Tag das gleiche Frühstück.

Asukoht ja tubade puhtus hea. Broneerimisel tasub economy tubade puhul uurida, kas on aknaga või ilma. Toad kostavad väga läbi ja receptioni kõrval raske magada. Üldiselt teenindus hea ja abivalmis, aga veidi aeglane.

Assez bonne car l'hotel est joli, soigné, moderne, bien situé. Cependant, l'accueil est inégal selon la personne qui se trouve à la réception. Dans la première chambre l'AC ne fonctionnait pas, on m'a donné une chambre supérieure, grande et confortable ce qui est un plus (une autre personne de l'accueil a voulu me la changer contre une mini-chambre sans proposer de baisse de prix...). Quelques difficultés de compréhension ont eu lieu sans doute dues à des approches différentes entre la conception française et la conception locale, parfois déroutante. Bien demander une facture lors du paiement...

Well conditioned prison cell in downtown

No windows & no fresh air. It is OK if the plan is just to sleep there but otherwise it can be quite depressive. The glass wall was the most stupid idea I ever came across. Noisy at 8 am when the breakfast is delivered to the rooms (no other option available). To be fair it is cheap and clean, but with some proper planning you would find reasonably priced apartments with much better lodging conditions.
