「It has everything we needed: 1) 5 beds for 5 of us. 2) Working appliances / facilities (washer, air conditioner, sink, shower, bath, lights, fridge). 3) Large "under the bed" area to store suitcases. 4) Enough electrical outlet to charge our devices. 5) Clean and new. 6) Self checking, checkout, and elevator in building. 7) Area is not far from train stations, but it's also quiet and not noisy. I did not communicate with building manager / host -- but there was also no need to.」

But each family was able to secure a bedroom and the living dining room was very spacious and comfortable. there are two things to note. It depends on the number of people, but two years old and older are charged as adults and the barbecue time is until 8 o’clock. The neighbors is very close so don’t make a noise on the balcony.」
