"We had an amazing time at Spare Time Beach House! We got there just before a huge storm hit. We were able to enjoy from the perfect views out of the whole front of the house. We stayed cozy by the fireplace and made yummy food in the newly renovated and spacious kitchen loaded with many gadgets. The whole home was inviting and cozy. Thai is the first time my husband and I both slept well all four nights on a bed away from home. Our pets Olive and Sage really enjoyed our time as well, and we were able to go on hikes and visit the beach just across the street. We had a wonderful time and plan on going back. Cari was so responsive about a question we had and communicated with us thoroughly and timely. Definitely coming back to stay! "

"Requested jetted tub hot water pressure was extremely low with Luke warm water husband has sciatica and muscular sclerosis and wasn’t able to soak his joints he was in a lot of pain and we couldn’t enough the amenities of the hotel like the outside hot tub because it was raining "

"Heater was broken or the pilot light was out. The door was open when we got there and it could not be closed and locked when we left. The pillows were hard. We had to provide our own water. The couches that look so lovely in the picture did not look like that and they were very close to the ground making it a challenge to get out. The use of throw rugs was a problem for me. There were no grab bars in the shower/bath combo. The toilet was the size for a child. "

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was lovely. I would suggest getting the ant issue and spider issue under control as there were a lot of both. Also, for my ESA (registered with the VA) I would suggest letting dog owners know that the nearby beach as well as the three beaches north are not dog friendly."
