"Great hotel in a nice area. Great dining options in the area and lots of things to do. About 5 minutes from the nearest station so good travel connections. Breakfast was great and the staff at breakfast were really friendly. Staff at the front desk were mostly friendly except one member of staff who was very short and not very friendly. Other than this a great hotel!"

"The staff was excellent with the exception of one that seemed to be blunt and was a westerner. The place was clean and laundry seemed to be a pain trying to get a machine at various times of the day. Hotel supplies ear plugs but it still is noisy due to the area, 50/50 on wether I would stay again as the staff were the best thing about the place and the convenience of being just a little out of the way of shinjuku. Almost forgot but once again thank you for the birthday card and chocolates, I don’t really celebrate it but it is the thought that counts and I did have a picture of the full room but it is blurry."
