"The staff was really nice, but the room wasn’t the best. The closet had a really weird smell that got on our clothes and some of the towels were not clean. The location was good, next to city hall but also to some sketchy neighborhoods."

"I love the location in the center of the city on Van Ness near California. For what you get the price is very reasonable. We received free parking which I don’t know if it’s normal but most hotels charge you $30-$80 per day to park. We were given a room on the 24th floor, which had a beautiful view of a large portion of San Francisco. The only downside is if you’re a light sleeper and your room is on the Van Ness side of the hotel there’s quite a bit of street noise. Even if you’re on the 24th floor, which is very near the top of the hotel. Overall the price of the room with free parking, including a breakfast and we ate out with family that morning, is a really good deal for a very solid hotel in a city full of expensive rooms."

"The room was so pretty and comfortable! The AC was easy to use. The bathroom was clean and had a nice shower. The brand used for the toiletries smelled amazing, like a spa. The robe and slippers were soft and cozy. Checking in was a breeze thanks to staff member called Eddy who was incredibly helpful, polite, and nice. "

"The room is tiny! But it worked. I was awoken by very loud music at 5am, unfortunately. Took a star off due to that, the slim selection at breakfast, one elevator being out of service, and the check-in kiosk not working for me. "
