Recently renovated with new bathrooms and new flooring, this condo also features private balconies, smart TVs with high-tech streaming capabilities, as well as on-site swimming pools, tennis courts, miniature golf, and other wonderful resort amenities.

Whether you're a beach-goer or a tennis enthusiast, you'll feel right at home at the Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort. You can walk or take the free tram to reach the soft white sand of Miramar Beach, or spend your days enjoying indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, an expansive workout facility, a sauna, miniature golf, and courts for tennis, racquetball, shuffleboard, and basketball. There are more than a dozen golf courses in the immediate area, great shopping and attractions at Baytowne Wharf (two miles north), and lovely nature trails in Topsail Hill Preserve State Park immediately east.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The place was well stocked and clean. It was nice to have the pool and hot tub close. The beach was not far either. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

Beautiful place. My husband myself—daughter and 3 of her college friends. Far enough from the hectic Destin proper strip. Girls had their side of condo and we had ours. I would definitely rebook. Thanks for sharing your beautiful place with us.

I cant believe we found such a great place to stay! In a great area, close to beach, and shopping. Everyone around was so friendly, that made it even better. This was my sons 1st trip to a beach, he loved the sand and the rental was just spacious and perfect. Thank you so much!

The 3 bedrooms offer lots of great size and space. But this unit had way too much stuff. Could hardly find a place to set a coffee cup.

The location was awesome-both in regards to surrounding places of business & the beach! I have stayed in many condo units over the years-and this was by far, the best & thoroughly stocked unit! It made our stay even better!

Omg! We booked the 508 combo for our family vacay. We loved everything about this rental. The condo was very updated. This was a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom condo. We loved everything about the decor. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. All bathrooms were neat and so beautiful. I would recommend this condo to anyone. The only thing was the the comforters in the 3rd bedroom were not clean on one of the twin beds and the day bed. The coffee pot cracked on us while using it which was not a big deal at all, but we replaced it and notified the front desk. They stated we did not have to replace it, but we wanted to. We thank you so much for accommodating my family. This trip goes down in the books as my kids first time at the beach in excellent rental. Thanks!!!!

The views are spectacular. The decor of the condo is very “beachy” and cozy. The beds were comfortable. Everything was very clean and pleasant. We loved having the extra lock-out bedroom suite for privacy.
