First floor bath tub had a used dirty bathcloth over the tub near shower curtain.... makes you wonder did they clean the bathroom???? We had ants in Kitchen got in our food. HOW WOULD YOU LIKE TO USE A TUB NOT CLEANED FROM PREVIOUS PEOPLE?????????

Overall a great stay

Everything about the resort was great. Beach, fitness clubs, pools , mini golf and tennis. The only reason they don't recieve a 5 star review is that the sink and shower down stairs was backed up and the water wouldn't drain. They also give you little to nothing in the kitchen. So if you want to cook breakfast or anything you can't. They don't even give you salt. And we stayed for 5 days and just one small bag of coffee. No oil nothing. They added a small electric oven but the plate for the inside was not there. I don't get to make breakfast at home so vacation is the only time I get to and it was set up for failure. Also they give you 2 pods for laundry but don't give enough towels. It was worth it but don't go expecting to actually wash or cook anything at the home.

Just Ok, nothing to brag about.

The location was the best, right next to the tennis court and the tennis center was just a few feet away. The mattress were awesome and comfortable. However, this rental property needs an update overall. The furniture needs to be replace is old and smells, you can feel the springs from the couch and they’re not very comfortable. The carpet is old and dirty, needs to be replace, upstairs bathroom was a bit dirty, they were two small roaches that I found. Some dead flys by the window and fruit flys were in the kitchen. The AC vents were beyond dirty, full of dust. Also, the outside patio needs a pressure washer or at least a quick sweep. It wouldnt hurt to replace the welcome mat is only a $20 bucks value. One last thing the trash was full when I got there.

Needs some attention

We stayed in this unit in 2021 and again last week. We LOVE the location with a. View of at least 5 of the 12 tennis courts. The unit is spacious for two people, but as a whole, it needs some attention. The carpet sorely needs to be replaced. A renter spilled something going up the stairs, and the stain is so evident every time you walk up and down the stairs. Beyond the obvious big stain, the carpet is just showing lots of wear and tear. The tiled areas are fine, The kitchen needs to be outfitted better….filters for the coffeemaker were nowhere to be found. I brought some from home this time. No salt and pepper nor general cooking necessities. If you are driving from home and can bring those items, that’s fine, but we flew in, and did not want to buy oil and condiments only to leave them behind. There are blinds missing in the upstairs loft, which were also missing last year. I’m not sure we would stay here again unless there was some updating….place could use a new paint job, too.

TV61 at Tops'l

We have been staying at Tops'l for over 20 years in a number of tennis village condo's. TV61 is our favorite. The unit has the living room fireplace removed, opening up the living room. The mattresses have been replaced and also a new washer. The stove is very old but mostly works. The location on court one is great! We have reserved it again for next year.

Best tennis/beach vacation

We are very familiar with the property, and love coming here. Can see multiple tennis courts from the unit, so one has the sense of being in the thick of things. Very short distance to a nice workout area and pool, and a short walk or tram ride to the beach. Plenty of good restaurants and shopping in the area.

Absolutely loved it!

My husband and son loved being near the tennis courts and played each day of our stay. I loved the convenience of parking right by the front door. The villa was so spacious and nicely decorated. The stove was a little older, but considering we don’t cook much at the beach, it did not bother us at all. We have already scheduled another trip to this awesome villa!
