Our spacious and updated kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals for your family and friends and you'll find creature comforts of home with plenty of counter space and kitchen wares. The dining area seats four and the additional bar seating accommodates two.

For morning coffee and sunset cocktails, comfortable outdoor furniture on the deck will encourage you to sit back a stay a while.
 
Primary and Guest Bedrooms
Your nicely appointed primary bedroom allows access to a smaller outdoor deck and features a king-size bed with luxurious linens, a flat-screen television, and a large closet. The adjoining primary bathroom offers a large shower. Our guest bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, a flat-screen television, and a guest closet. There is a full guest bathroom with a bathtub and shower.

Sandestin Beach Access Update-
Effective May 1, 2025, Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort has implemented a paid parking policy for all vehicles, including golf carts, at the resort’s beach access point. The daily parking fee is $20, and guests will pay Sandestin directly for parking.

Rental Agreement Requirement-
After booking confirmation, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email, sent as an E-Sign document with required signature fields.
The Rental Agreement must be signed before your arrival instructions are released.
