My uncle didn’t feel well during the day and had to go to hospital to do checkups on Nov 7, front desk staff gave him suggestion for Taipei hospital to avoid long lineups, and called taxi for him and my aunt, he also did a follow up after they came back from the hospital. Love their breakfast and will definitely come back next time !"

"We have a king size bed in our room. At first when you walk in, you will see the shower first. It might be weird but overall, we like the room. The staffs are all excellent in customer service. They offer their assistance in anything you need. Super convenient to MRT, high-speed railway, or buses as you are 2 mins walk to Taipei Main Station. Highly recommend!"

"Everything is great. 7 Eleven and family mart beside hotel. Walking distance to Liaoning night market. Hotel will compliment you with drinks and snack in substitution of room service.. 1 downside are the washing machine and dryers. Hotel provide mild detergent and it cannot wash off stains on the clothings. Washing machine and dryer are outsource to 3rd parties vendor. So if the coin box are full, the appliances will start giving issues and hotel staffs are unable to fix it."
