"The staff were super helpful in checking us in and even proceeded to give us our luggage (without us asking) that we shipped over ahead of time. Room was very clean and we had a comfortable stay (4 nights). the 7-eleven being connected to the hotel was a plus! Breakfast has so many options and the staff were so sweet in getting everyone settled in despite how many people were there."

"Overall the hotel was very good, staff very helpful, location at the city centre. However, hot breakfast was lacking for vegetarians like us, the toaster was pathetic with everyone waiting long to get toast. "

"This property was amazing. Always had a private hot spring available mid day during breaks between going out. We also tried their traditional dinner and I think it was worth the price of trying. Smoking rooms were comfortable and clean as well. Also the Yukata free rental was a nice touch."
