「I was unable to contact the host. They did not respond to my emails and the phone was disconnected. I received an automated email from VRBO with the check in instructions but it it was wrong. Despite numerous calls to VRBO in the preceding week, they would not and refund the payment until I turned up at the property. When I arrived, the host was not aware that the property had been rented. I eventually received a refund but the whole experience was a disaster. 」

「The bed in the master bedroom was terrible. My parents slept in that bed and they said it was super uncomfortable. The neighborhood was quiet, but seemed a little shady. We are not familiar with the neighborhood, but based on the houses, it seemed like it could be a little less than ideal of a neighborhood. The house was very comfortable otherwise. Very spacious and big enough for the 6 of us and puppy. It was very clean and very well kept. 」

「We enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. For Christmas we gifted my brother and sister in law a weekend away with us to go to a Sharks game and the Winchester Myster House tour. It was a big deal becuase it was the 1st time they were leaving their 9 month old twins. The property was perfect. We all stated how clean and easy to check in it was. We didn't spend of lot of time at the house but we would go back when we could hang and relax. The kitchen was stocked with water, coffee and snacks...
