For instance, the wall in our bathroom had obviously been patched, but never sanded or painted. There was hair in the back of the bathroom door. Overall, the room met our needs. "

"The staff was the best part of our stay. They were very attentive and responsive to our needs. Our bed linens had huge, dark stains on them, but it didn’t take long after telling the front desk for them to bring us new ones that were still in the packaging. We appreciated that! I really felt like they were concerned with our comfort; they even allowed us a late checkout. Another important detail was that I didn’t see not even one roach- can’t ask for much more!"
