「We stayed in Mill Valley for a wedding. This two bedroom house was perfect for a family of four. Everything was well taken care of and the host was quick to answer any questions that arose. I am so grateful to have been able to walk everywhere we needed to go. I would not hesitate to stay here again.」

「Check in was super easy and the host was very communicative and timely with their response. The neighborhood was very quiet and ths house was in a convenient location (by a grocery store). We enjoyed the activities the property offered like the hot tub. 」

「Avoid this property at all costs. The location is sketchy and feels genuinely unsafe. Inside, the place is filthy, not just dirty, but neglected and crawling with ants. This is not a vacation rental, it’s a health hazard. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. I’ve attached 8 photos, which is the maximum allowed, but I have over 30 more documenting the unacceptable conditions. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere. This listing should be removed.」
