「受付などはなく、電話でチェックインするのに鍵を渡しにスタッフがきてくれました。全部英語のみ。ホテルの場所もいいし、何よりパーキングが無料でWi-Fiもあったので大満足です。ホテルに比べたら清潔さはないですが、一日中外にいるので気になりませんでした。シャワーの水圧が弱かったです。冷蔵庫も大きくキッチンもあり使いやすかった。一匹ゴキブリは出ました。古いホテルなので仕方ないかなと、、」

「We enjoyed our stay at Punahele Hale. The beds, linens, pillows were high quality (very important) and overall decor very pleasant. The Murphy bed was a brilliant idea for providing a second sleeping space. We didn’t do any cooking but the kitchen was very well stocked with everything one would need. A starter pack of coffee would have been a nice addition since we came straight from the airport and arrived too late to venture out to the market. By far having access to the Ritz was a huge...

「The room was clean and well stocked with plenty of towels and supplies for a comfortable stay.」

「The unit had everything we needed for a great stay. The bed was super comfortable, and the shower was nice and warm. Soap and shampoo and conditioner were provided. And the kitchen had everything we needed to make small meals. The location can’t be beat just a short walk to the beach and lots of restaurants and the bus line. The host responded quickly to all questions and we would definitely stay here in the future.」

「This was our second stay at this property, and it was as wonderful as the first time! I have lived on the island of Oahu several times, and know this is the most desirable area of Waikiki and Honolulu. The property itself is clean, welcoming, and perfect fir two people. The large lanai is wonderfully relaxing and it's spectacular to be so close to the beach. Communication with the owner and management company was excellent. You simply can't go wrong with this property!」

「Very good location walking distance from many shops, restaurant and beach. Property manager replies very quick. Comes with a guarantee parking spot which in a very populated area is super convienent. Condo became our home away from home for the week. My family and i will definitely stay there again when we go back. 」

「This condo has a great view, very clean and well stocked with everything you need. It's location is perfect. Easy to get to the beach or anywhere else you want to go. The hotel has a lot of amenities. Suggest using valet parking as that can be a problem. Highly recommend.」

「This is an excellent location on the North Shore. The residence was clean and quiet, and I appreciate quiet. For the 2 of us there was plenty of space. We really enjoyed the proximity to the Ritz resort. There was a lot to process when we arrived to get into the VRBO. Overall I would recommend. 」

「Clean, comfortable, well-equipped condo, exactly as shown in photos. We are appreciated the small conveniences that were available for our stay: coffee, ziplock bags, detergent, dryer sheet, beach gear, etc. A few things that could be improved: WiFi was inconsistent and kept going out, downstairs bedroom closet doors are barely hanging in their tracks, stove dials signage completely worn out so it was impossible to see what to set them on when cooking. Location of this property is excellent....

"毎回クラブルームに宿泊。ラウンジのスタッフは皆さんフレンドリーで明るくて親しみやすい。一日中アルコールも飲めて日本人のスタッフがいて安心できる。部屋はトイレとシャワーが個別になっているうえガラスの扉なので水撥ねを気にせずにシャワーができる。深いバスタブもついているので日本人には本当に嬉しい。ここを知ってから他のホテルは考えられない"

"初ハワイだったのですが、このホテルにしてよかったです。毎日オーシャンビューで海も近くショッピングもできますダイヤモンドヘッドまでも車で10分なのでUberしてもそこまで高くなかったですスタッフのサービスもとても良くてまた泊まりたくなりました。朝食はハンバーガーとフルーツ丸ごと、コーヒーとその他フルーツジュースという感じでした。スクランブルエッグやサラダ、ヨーグルトなどはなかったです。"

"ビーチやバス停も近く便利な立地でした。受付の方もバゲージサービスの方も親切でした。受付等は英語ですが、日本語の案内の紙を頂けるので分かりやすく良かったです！また、氷とお水のサービスがあって物価の高いハワイではとても役立ちました。マイボトルぜひ持って行ってください。プール、ビーチ用のタオルの貸し出しがあったので、洗濯の心配もなく気軽に利用できました。、設備は古いですが、コスパ考えるとまた利用したいです。"

"初日にホテルに着いたのが、10時過ぎだったので、荷物だけ預けて、と考えていたのが、そのままアーリーチェックインをしていただけたので、旅行のスタートからとても気分が上がりました。すぐに部屋を使えて、シャワーを浴びてスッキリできたので気持ちが良かった。ホテル全体の雰囲気や、スタッフの対応、サーフラナイでの朝食、どれも良かった！が、唯一、シャワーの水はけが最悪で、シャンプーや、体を洗っている時にシャワーを出しっ放しにしないなど気をつけてみたが、浴び終わった時には、足首より上まで水が溜まった状態で、その点でマイナス1点。その他は、リピートしたいと思える、とても良いホテルでした。"
