「Room was clean but worn out. Tub had mold on edges. Flooring had gaps and drapes wouldn’t close completely which let in light and lacked privacy. 」

「The positive reviews are true! I’m particular about accommodations but Tyler Inn was really great. Rooms were very tended to and spotless (we stayed in Beach Boys). The breakfast was also really good - full of eggs, fruit, pancakes etc. All tasty! Kids loved it and we’ll be coming back again next time we visit Bethel. Thanks for this gem!」

「Great downtown Honesdale, PA location. At check in I was told to park in the Wayne Memorial Hospital lot which is shared with the Hotel. Check in was pleasant/easy. Stairs to 2nd floor room. At end of day rush hour a bit noisy from the busy street/intersection. Room could use a thorough cleaning and some updates. Older mattress well past its' useful life. Sink water had mislabelled Hot/Cold faucets. Water had an odor? A/C worked OK but curtain blocked the flow if closed. Shower head...

「This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. It’s been totally refurbished and the rooms are beautifully decorated and so clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. 「First of all, they don’t have enough staff Second of all, if you order food to your room, it takes hours. I did it twice. They now charge you for breakfast and dinner. They never did that many years ago and I went. Everything is basically unmanaged so you can use it but if you have any questions or problems you’re beat」

「The room was lovely. The hotel is beautiful. We had a room in the actual building not in one of the outbuilding/cabins unfortunately because we were there just at the opening of season. The restaurant and bar were not up yet. Travel to other restaurants is good 10 to 15 minutes or longer. The pool was not open yet of course but during season, I’m sure it’s lovely and the staff was kind and very attentive.」
