Stylish 2-bedroom apartment in the Nolo district, 1 minute from Rovereto Metro (m1). Located on the 4th floor of a recent building with lift, it features 2 bathrooms, a living room with fully equipped kitchen, sofa bed and large balcony. Wi-Fi, A/c, autonomous heating, dishwasher and washer-dryer make it ideal for city breaks and business stays near the centre, accommodating up to 6 guests. The apartment features two bedrooms: the first offers a double bed, chest of drawers and a large window that makes the room very bright; blackout shutters allow total darkness for optimal rest. The second double bedroom has a large wardrobe, is bright and also equipped with blackout shutters. There are two modern bathrooms, both with full sanitary fittings and spacious, comfortable showers. In the hallway there is a large built-in wardrobe, a practical shoe cabinet with mirror and the washing machine. The living room with open-plan kitchen includes a contemporary design kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need to cook. The sofa converts into a comfortable sofa bed, allowing the apartment to accommodate up to 6 guests. There are two tables: a smaller one for 2 people and a larger one for up to 6, ideal for working or dining at home. The living area is equipped with a 60" TV and ultra-fast Wi-Fi. What makes this apartment special is the balcony with barbecue, bench and awning, perfect for breakfast, lunch or relaxing outdoors in total privacy. The apartment is quiet, comfortable and cosy, ideal both for tourism and business stays. Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment: both bedrooms, the two bathrooms, the living room with open-plan kitchen, the hallway with wardrobes and the equipped balcony. Access is via self check-in. Common areas of the building (entrance, stairs, lift) can be used to reach the flat. There are no shared spaces with other guests.
