Beautiful newly renovated apartment for 4 people with 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms, and a comfortable living room with open kitchen. The furnishings are all modern and of a very new concept.

The house is located in the exclusive area of ​​Sant\'Ambrogio, 2 steps from the Catholic University and the San Giuseppe Hospital. Newly renovated apartment with great taste and modernity. In each room a comfortable king size double bed while in the living room there is a sofa that can become a bed if necessary.

In the immediate vicinity are:

- Leonardo da Vinci\'s Last Supper,

- the ancient church of Sant\'Ambrogio (1100) with its majestic entrance in the middle of a courtyard with arches, and the decorations and mosaics of 500 AD.

- the Castello Sforzesco, dated 1400, one of the largest fortresses in Europe and one of the symbols of Milan

The two underground lines under the house, together with the Cadorna train station, offer the possibility of easily reaching any destination in Milan and throughout Lombardy.

How to get to the apartment:

From Malpensa airport the train will take you to Piazza Cadorna, practically under the house

From Bergamo airport, the shuttle will take you to the Central station. From there with the Green Line underground, direction Abbiategrasso / Assago, Cadorna stop

To go to Piazza Duomo you can take the Red Line underground, Duomo stop

December in Milan

The property is well located, close to the Cadorna train station as well as many of Milan’s tourist attractions. Because of this we were able to walk extensively throughout our visit, one day logging about 17k steps. So recommend bringing comfortable walking shoes. Check-in with Silvio was easy and we found our host very accommodating throughout, such as providing dining recommendations. Front bedroom is adjacent to busy street so recommend bringing earplugs and/or playing white noise from sound app. With this we didn’t find the street noise objectionable. Apartment was nice, also comfortable, we can enthusiastically recommend to others.

Great Place but A/C did not work

Overall, a great place. Very clean, spacious, and modern. My only complaint is the air conditioner - it did not work. We had to sleep with window open on a very busy street, and use fans. As we only stayed 2 nights, we did not notify the host.

Flexibility with checkin and checkout much appreciated. Proactive and timely communications. Willingness to help with neighborhood and directions. Nice clean apt. Only surprise was April 15th heat being turned off by city officials for entire area. Otherwise would stay again.

Weekend in Milan

Lovely apartment in a very central location. It was ideal for two couples, as we each had a large bedroom with bathroom, so plenty of privacy. Although very central, it was still a quiet apartment and we slept well in very comfortable beds. Would stay there again and recommend it. No complaints at all.

Great 2 bedroom in ideal location

This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom is clean and modern with a well equipped kitchen. It's ideally located in easy walking distance from the Last Supper, Duomo, Da Vinci Museum and Castello Sforzesco. Beds were super comfy and our host, Silvio, was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Only minor drawback was that the front bedroom was right on a busy street so there was some traffic noise during the night, but not too bad. Black-out curtains worked well. We had a rental car and the underground public parking structure was just a 5 minute walk from the apartment. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Milan.

Nice property. Clean. We were met at the property by Silvio and the check in process went well. Only complaint would be that there was laundry drying on the outside drying rack so we did not have space to dry our wash.

Great apartment, location and communication

The apartment was great with two big bedrooms and two big bathrooms. Finishes were nice but just short of excellent. Location is great for Last Supper and Sforza and maybe a 20 minute walk to the Duomo. Communication before and during the stay was excellent. Would recommend

Nicely designed and appointed 2 BR apartment in a prime Milan location - close to metro and "Last Supper Museum" etc. Many negatives: AC an issue (minimal airflow and could not set temperature - the apartment would not cool when outdoor temperatures approached 30C) - could not open windows because of insects and no screens; mold in the washing machine with overpowering smell in 2nd bathroom and BR (informed owner - no reply); shower head clogged in 2nd bathroom; lack of products provided (old and used soap left in bathrooms); had to remove living area rug and bedspreads to the balcony because they were filthy and smelled of disinfectant (family member has asthma and had issues with strong smells and mold etc); the owner was not helpful or responsive regarding issues WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Location of unit is great accessible to metro and grocery store. The unit is big with 2 BR and 2 BA. Communication with Sylvio was good and was responsive when we got in touch on how to operate the stove. There were no instructions on how the appliances work - suggest you leave in the unit. Also beddings in both rooms were not clean and smelled like it was not dried completely - we couldnt change bec of instructions not to use the spare beddings. Please provide add'l linens to use if tenants are back-to-back. Otherwise stay was great in unit for 3 nights.

Great apartment and location.

As described, the apartment was recently remodeled and exceptionally clean. Guilia met us as soon as we arrived from the train station to facilitate checkin. It is very convenient to both a full supermarket and the metro. The apartment met all our needs. We o ly hope the apartment would be available when we return to Milan.

Great location for a stay in Milan

The styling of this apartment is very nice with quality fixtures and bathrooms. The windows are double glazed. Bedrooms quote separate from each other and with own bathroom. Great to have basics like oil, vinegar and Pepper and Salt plus enough coffee capsules for 2 for our stay of 5 weeks. Very close to Sant Ambrogio church which is wonderful to visit and a short walk to the Last Supper. Also a 15 minute walk to the canal area which is great. The big improvement that is needed is a list of instructions for all elements in the apartment as there were no instructions at all. Silvio said he will take this suggestion on board.

Nicely appointed, convenient location, close to Green Line Metro. I would stay again.

All in all a nice home for 3 days. Positives: clean, plenty of hot water, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, generous sized bath and bed rooms, clothes washer, view steps up for street, very fast internet, streaming TV, good closet space, quiet. Met by owners rep. Negatives - the door to the balcony could not be locked and this is a very low, accessible unit. Contacted rep who was responsive to my text. He advised rolling down metal shutter which was okay but the lock should be fixed. Rep said he would contact owner. No amenities in bath rooms do be sure to bring shampoo etc. There was no “manual” on how things worked nor was there a list of nearby services such as restaurants

Great Location in Milan

We began our Italian holiday in Milan in Centro Storico. My husband and I are traveling with our 2 adult children, and the apartment was perfect for our needs. It's newly refurbished, with 2 bedrooms and a pull our couch, which we utilized. Sylvio was very responsive and helpful. We had an electrical issue that he helped resolve on a Sunday, and he arranged a transfer for us to the train station upon our departure. The best part is the location, close enough to everything but far enough from the crowds. Very interesting neighborhood. The only issue we had was the strange allotment of bath towels for 4 people, but we made it work. I'd recommend it.
