Pretty space

Ideal location for overnight stop close to central train station, wouldn't want to stay here for a week but fine for one night passing through. Communication was good and no problems entering property. Apartment looked worn and floor and table felt sticky.

I Make a reservation for 4 people. The place was dirty, they only left two towels, we were cold old night because they didn't leave sheets for us, and the place smelled humidity. Also, place doesn’t has A/C

This place should not be listed on Wotif. Disgusting. Poverty level. What a ripoff!! Shame on you Wotif. We didn’t stay. We got a hotel near by. I want a refund.

The property was in a basement. There was no air conditioning, and the dirtiest sofa beds. We had told the woman we would be arriving at 3pm, we come in at 3:30 and the cleaning lady is still cleaning. Absolutely horrendous scene because another man we have no idea who he is comes in to give us toilet paper. These amenities should’ve been prepared BEFOREHAND. Absolutely disappointed.

The management of the owners was really bad. Its a basement apartment so when it rained water came in the dining area was flooded. The bathroom is always flooded coz the shower area is open and there was no proper drainage. The owners are very strict about segregation of garbage, washing dishes, electric and heater and towels they put penalties on everything like 30Euros for each uncleaned dish and unsegregated trash. They even have a sign that their linens have micro chip in them so they can track it when you steal them. I dont know if its even true. The communication with owners was terrible too. They wont reply. Very unprofessional. Lastly the owners use Vikey booking which requires you to take picture of your passport and yourself and post it to the application app. I will never book again with this property.

Esperienza a dir poco terribile, arrivati in struttura ci accorgiamo della scarsa pulizia e soprattutto della mancanza dei teli bagno e viso quelli da bidet manco a chiederli, chiamiamo la proprietaria dicendo di non aver trovato tutto ciò che sarebbe dovuto esserci e lei anziché risolvere il problema che ha creato ci ha detto che le sembrava impossibile che non ci fossero. Sconsiglio vivamente a tutti questo posto. Mai più.

A worst nightmare experience

Online checkin process so confusing. No AC and fan not working. Substandard accommodation. This place shouldn't be on hotel.com list. It took us half hour to get into the house. No name plate or address at front gate.
