ホテルはとても綺麗です。 残念ながら、部屋に残していた友人へのお土産として持参した10箱のタバコのうち、2箱が無くなっていました。 剥き出しで見えるように置いていた自分が不注意であったのは確かですが、とても残念な気持ちになりました。

ここは典型的なモーテルなので周りには何も在りません。 パーキングスペースが各部屋に有るのは安心 壁が薄く隣の音が気になるのが唯一の難点

Bel business hotel, ben arredato ma questo non evita che non sia caldo e caloroso. Il personale è accogliente e professionale. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo sia per le camere che per i servizi. Poche prese di corrente in camera. Letto comodissimo e cuscini morbidi la camera era di design ma inevitabilmente rumorosa in quanto sul lato autostrada. Eravamo stanchi ed abbiamo riposato comunque benissimo. Ritorneremo sicuramente. Grazie.

Exelent service
Flott hotel med fine rom, litt slitt i gangene til suitene men eller god standart på alt. God service fra personal rundt på hotellet. Flott frokost med det meste tilgjengelig og god utvalg på resten av menyen. Reiser gjerne tilbake igjen.

La struttura dell’hotel è molto bella ,curati i dettagli , colazione ottima. Io ho prenotato una junior suite perché dalle foto risultava molto bella ma dal vivo una delusione. Ero con mio figlio di 11 anni,sul posto per una fiera e la suite che pensavo fosse dentro all’hotel era in realtà esterna. Un motel dove si arriva con la macchina e si parcheggia davanti alla suite. Il bagno completamente vetrato,all’ingresso un divanetto in similpelle con un tavolino rotondo sporco e completamente rigato. Le scale che portano di sopra nella stanza da letto, in cemento ma sporche e macchiate,dava proprio un senso di sporco. La camera vi lascio immaginare essendo un motel. Specchio enorme laterale al letto,specchio sul soffitto sopra al letto… insomma, da non rifare specialmente con un ragazzino di 11 anni. Magari le stanze dentro all’hotel sono più pulite e più adatte a famiglie visto che c’erano altri bambini. Consiglio alla struttura di specificare che le suite sono dei motel e che non sono adatti a famiglie

Gentile Ospite, grazie per aver recensito la nostra struttura.La camera da lei prenotata era una Junior Suite su due livelli situata nel settore Garden Hotel: le camere situate nella dépendance hanno il parcheggio fronte camera e l'ingresso indipendente. Sono camere solutamente prenotate da business man, turisti, coppie o famiglie.Il settore Motel,è situato dalla parte opposta, in un edificio distante e separato.Per un futuro soggiorno le consiglio la prenotazione delle camere Hotel Superior, nel corpo centrale dell'Hotel, con parcheggio nel garage sotterraneo.Grazie e alla prossima!

Struttura bella e con tanti servizi, personale cortese ma non allineato. Abbiamo chiamato in due giorni circa 4 volte per far aumentare la temperatura in camera perché era molto fredda e le prime tre volte ci è stato detto che l’avrebbero regolata e aumentata loro; nell’ultima chiamata abbiamo scoperto che in realtà il riscaldamento era guasto (ecco il motivo del freddo). Ci siamo sentiti presi in giro, avremmo agito in altro modo a saperlo subito

Gentile Ospite, grazie per aver condiviso la sua esperienza con noi. Normalmente il funzionamento dell'aria condizionata (fredda o calda) funziona in questo modo: la temperatura/aria condizionata della camera è possibile modificarla direttamente dal display per un massimo di 3 gradi. La temperatura del termo arredo del bagno è possibile modificarla autonomamente. In caso di necessità, potrà contattare direttamente la reception, attiva 24 ore su 24, ogni giorno, la quale interverrà da remoto senza entrare in camera.Purtroppo il guasto è avvenuto l'ultimo giorno del suo soggiorno e mi dispiace per questo. Naturalmente si tratta di un caso isolato: normalmente la procedura è quella che le ho riportato. Mi scuso per l'accaduto!

Lieber Gast, vielen Dank, dass Sie Ihre Erfahrungen mit uns geteilt haben.Was das Spa betrifft, teile ich Ihnen mit, dass es 34 pro Person kostet. Wer es bucht, hat das Recht, es zwei Stunden lang privat und exklusiv zu nutzen (Sauna, Türkisches Bad, Erlebnisduschen, Ruhebereich und großer beheizter Hydromassage-Pool). Niemand sonst wird darauf zugreifen können. Ich hoffe, dass Sie bei Ihrem nächsten Aufenthalt die Gelegenheit haben, es auszuprobieren!

Einziger Nachteil. Pool/Spa kostet separat EUR 24,—/Person, auch Kinder. Unsere 3 Kinder wären gerne mir in den Indoorpool - aber dass das extra kostet, ging aus der Hotelbeschreibung leider nicht eindeutig hervor. Sonst Alles gut. Allerdings hatten wir auch ein Auto dabei und waren somit unabhängig. Sonst etwas abseits.

Very Bad coffee and poor breakfast. Also the rooms ( family suite) does not offer private areas for adults. There was no kettle and tea / coffee making facilities in the room

Dear Guest, thank you for reviewing our property.I'm sorry you weren't happy with our breakfast, which consists of a continental buffet ranging from sweet to savory, with the preparation of dishes on request (such as eggs, omelettes, bacon, juices). Do you have any advice for us to improve it?I inform you that we plan to equip the rooms with kettles: in the meantime I remind you that the kettles were available, free of charge, if requested at the Reception.Thanks for your feedback!
