The hotel did what it was supposed to. It was a safe, adequately clean room at a nice rate where I could sleep overnight and be rested for my morning flight out of MXP Milan Malpensa airport. Staff was efficient and competent. The rooms are a little dated, and the bathrooms need to be remodeled. But for a cheap decent place to sleep near Milan MXP airport, it is fine.

This place had friendly staff and nice dining options right in the hotel . Pool was nice . However , the carpet in the room was stained and the hotel needs an overall upgrade . They also wanted to charge for everything like breakfast and the shuttle when those amenities are generally free with a Best Western .

Location I’m not near much but very close to the airport great Shuttle service however it does not start until 4:30 AM so be aware of that. I had to take a taxi that took less than five minutes to the airport and cost me €40 I tried to reserve an Uber. It just didn’t work out. Great hotel.

Airport pick up and drop off was quick and easy, and the staff was quite friendly. We had a family room with a nice king bed and a pull out queen for my kids. The kids said the pull out was surprisingly comfortable!
