I cant say enough good things about our stay here! The apartment is very spacious and in an incredible location. Th Its a short walk from the metro station- but it can still be difficult

Apartment was very comfortable. Location was great. Close to transportation shopping and walkable to the Duomo and sfroza castle. Just one suggestion.. I wish they put a microwave in the apartment. We had a great stay!!

Spacious. Ideal location. Quiet. Perfect AC. Could not figure out how to work the tv. Luckily all the appliance manuals are in the baskets on the book case. Could have done with more basic cleaning supplies (dish and dishwasher soap). Minor maintenance issues but they made the bathroom feel dirty. Mold. Broken faucet handle. Hanging loose shower door seal. But overall. Loved the place. As an American i appreciated the screen on the kitchen window to air out cooking smells without letting mosquitos in. Too bad the screen edge was loose and needed fixing. If small maintenance issues were fixed it would be 5/5! I’d give it 4.5/5.

We were very disappointed with our stay. When we arrived at the apartment, it had not been cleaned — including feces left in the toilet — which was extremely unpleasant. We had to spend time contacting the host and waiting for the cleaning team to come, which disrupted our plans for the day. Although the host apologized and offered a late check-out as a gesture of goodwill, we could not use it due to our early flight. No refund or partial compensation was offered, and we were even told we had to pay extra for clean bed sheets, which felt unreasonable given the situation. We were offered a 15% discount on a future booking, but this is not relevant to us as we do not intend to book with Italianway again. On the positive side, we did receive extra towels upon request, and communication was relatively prompt. However, the lack of basic cleanliness upon arrival and how the situation was handled left us quite disappointed. We hope future guests have a better experience.

Te haces ir a recoger las llaves y de ahí a donde es el hospedaje que es gastar en taxi o como moverse 2 veces. En el apartamento solo dejaron 2 toallas sabiendo que éramos 3 y no dejaron sábanas para la otra cama que era una colchoneta a nivel del suelo. Había almohadas sin funda en los closets pero sucias decidí usar mejor los cojines del sillón.
