The location was great! Breakfast buffet was not good at all. The shower was not clean. You could see mold on the shower floor and around the sink. The staff tried to be helpful.

We enjoyed our stay - rooms were clean, spacious, and relaxing. It is a good central focal point in milan especially if your goal is to visit the duomo or shopping. It is also about a 20 minute walk to the Brera district do also doable. Staff were friendly however our room wasn’t ready on arrival because I believe there was a mixup that my room was booked under my first and last name in reverse. Initially we were told there was no room until I showed them my confirmation number and reminded the staff that they had acquired my transfer from the airport to the hotel directly so I must have a open reservation. They were kind enough to upgrade our room due to the confusion. Otherwise it was a great stay overall!

A super property right in the middle of Milan. What an experience. Our balcony was INCREDIBLE!! The staff were super meeting every need and even ensuring that our health issues were not going to be a problem the moment we got there. We had an amazing stay and could not have been more impressed with the level of service. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our visit comfortable and stress-free. They assisted with our luggage both upon arrival and at checkout, and even arranged a taxi for us when it was time to leave. What truly stood out was their exceptional customer service after we had already checked out. I accidentally left a bag at the hotel, and the staff kindly arranged to have it sent to the train station so I could retrieve it before departing. The attention to detail and genuine care shown by the team were outstanding. Impeccable service from start to finish. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a first-class experience.

The property was amazing! Great location to activities and subway. Great customer service and very nice rooms. The only downside is their heat and AC is on a calendar. So a warm stay like mine the AC wasn't on and the heat was horrible. Nothing could be done. But they accommodated with fans and extra water bottles.

The room itself was beautiful with an amazing view of the gallery. Completely soundproof. And decorated tastefully. The staff were incredible as well. They consistently made themselves available for questions and assistance (even when some of the questions were a little dumb). Will absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Milan.

The location is excellent if you want to be close to the Duomo! It is a 5 minute walk from there. To get there you pass through the major shopping district. Hotel is well renovated but the real steal is the price in an area where rooms go for 3-4x/ night.
