We had cockroaches in our bathroom during 2 nights. When we told the staff they reacted inappropriately: didn’t look at us, didn’t apologize and didn’t offer a solution. They simply didn’t handle the situation professionally and not what you expect in a 5 star hotel. There were two deserts on our table when we came back in the evening which was too late to eat anyway. That was all… In general staff in the hotel doesn’t smile at all which creates a very serious and uncomfortable atmosphere. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Great hotel. Well staffed and polite. The breakfast was amazing. The only criticism is the AC not being very powerful.

The hotel is amazing and the staff is excellent however do not stay here if you have a rental and a flight that is before 1000 am or after midnight. The hotel doesn't have its own parking lot and you must rely on paid parking next door that closes at midnight and doesn't reopen until 0800..we had to leave our rental car behind and I was forced to pay 150 Euros to take me to the airport plus another $400 to have the car rental company come and retrieve the vehicle. I've never stayed in a five star hotel that did not have its own on site 24 hour parking.
