-KITCHENETTE with induction cooktop, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer

-BEDROOM I with a double bed, TV, and EN-SUITE BATHROOM with a bidet and shower stall

-BEDROOM II with a French bed

-SECOND BATHROOM with a bidet and shower stall



Additional amenities available to guests: Wi-Fi, washing machine, central heating, split-system AC in every room, iron and ironing board, clothesline, coat rack, hair dryer.

Summer: The average air temperature must not fall below 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating hours depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Milan Climate Zone E: 14 hours per day from October 15 to April 15.
