Very nice. Comfortable. A bit complicated to enter the property, but once I figured it out, it was fine. Close to many interesting things, especially places to eat. Corso Como a 10 minute walk from away.

O apartamento era incrível! Espaçoso, organizado, limpo, tinha todos os itens necessários a disposição, a equipe foi super solicita nas vezes que precisei de assistência. Voltaria a me hospedar aqui com toda certeza.

Fue una terrible experiencia el hecho de que nadie te reciba en la propiedad, fue traumarte llegar estar con frio investigando como resolver el acceso a la propiedad, parecieron acertijos interminables, gracias al personal de Expedia se resolvió, por que jamas me enviaron correo para hacer el Check In de manera virtual, el propietario nunca nos contestó, nada recomendable, aunque si el lugar muy céntrico.

The apartment is nice and spacious, looks like everything is new. location is great as you can walk almost everywhere from there or take the metro/trains very easily. I do have one concern, the bed was not comfortable, you could feel all the springs. Bedding and pillows are very low quality.

I booked a comfort apartment, and overall had a good stay. It was very clean, and the overall check-in experience was simple, helped greatly by the instructions sent beforehand by the Innstay team. Note, you’ll need a data connection to open the building door. The apartment is in a great location, most landmarks within walking distance, and loads of cafes, restaurants and bars a short walk away. Apart from some very noisy tram and building works, I had a good stay and would recommend it!

Clean and updated apartment! Location and access to dining and attractions, are all within walking distances. Property is all contactless and the staff, were extremely helpful in providing all the required information, prior to arrival.

I couldn't recommend this apartment more as it fit our needs perfectly during our trip. It's in a good area that has a buzz, but wasn't super busy and noisy. The only downside was the current roadworks for introducing the trams outside, but that's entirely out of their control - the windows were good enough to block out a good amount of the noise when closed anyway. It's also easy to travel around as the public transport nearby was great - just a few minutes walk to the closest tram stop, and about a 10 minute walk to Milano Porta Garibaldi. The main thing that stood out to me was how helpful the property were for helping! They responded to messages quickly, and nothing was too much of an ask. They even booked a taxi for us to get back to the airport! We had a fantastic stay and would definitely consider staying again if we returned to Milan.

Horrible place to stay, it felt like a complete scam. The apartment is nothing like the luxury apartment shown in the pictures. The actual place was ugly, dirty, and extremely complicated to access. You have to walk through a dark, rocky backyard just to find the entrance. I reserved the place for four nights, but I could only stay for one because I was so uncomfortable with the lack of cleanliness. The bed was also in terrible condition, with the springs practically sticking out. I contacted both the property and Expedia customer service to explain the situation and request a refund. Unfortunately, after paying $800 for the property, I was only refunded $150. I find this completely unacceptable, especially considering that I was unable to stay for the remaining three nights because of the condition of the property. The photos are extremely misleading, and the actual condition of the property was completely unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here.

No washing machine even it was stated that there's one on website. Couldn’t use the sofa bed since it was broken. No cutting board, no cooking knives, no mugs for tea, no kitchen towels which made cooking difficult. Great location & clean apartment.
