We enjoyed staying at this place. We took the tram 9 from the train station and only walked about 3 minutes to get to our hotel. Super friendly staff! It was very clean and also had a place to do our laundry. We really enjoyed our stay there!

Good spot in Milan!

This was a good stay. The front desk was exceptionally helpful and the location is in a very walkable neighborhood with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. We didn’t take the tram, but it stops right on the corner. We walked everywhere instead, and it was about a 30 minute walk to the duomo for reference. A point to note—the building is also used for international student housing, so there is definitely a young vibe. However, it was very quiet and not a party scene at all. We would stay again.

Pretty sure this is college apartment housing combined with rooms that are available short-term. Friendly and helpful staff, had no issues with noise. The water temperature for showers was inconsistent, but everything else was great!

Location is perfect, hotel is near d tram, 5mins walk. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Stayed for 7 nights. Was told room is cleaned every 2days but only cleaned once during our stay. Fridge not working, reported, but we were not able to change room.

This place is a student residence property but it was surprisingly quiet we had no problems with noise. It was also good to see a lot of student movement which gave it a safe environment around the area. The room is spacious and if you need a blow dryer you can ask at reception. It is not near the duomo but you can take a metro line which is a block away from the place. Overall good for price.

Perfect location everything is walking distance including the canal Naviglio and tramlines connecting you to metro and trains. It’s a 20 min walk to duomo The property was good but we hoped the shower and equipment was better. Our AC kept changing by itself / was malfunctioning and the water pressure in the showers and taps were very low. Aside from that everything was good. Aside from that a good place to stay, you’ll see lots of younger people / students as the property is also used by students needing accommodation.

Takes only 15 min with public trans to Duomo or 25 on foot. Has a good air conditioning. In the room there is a lot of storage space. The only thing which we have to comment about is that the roof in the did not look pleasant, looked like mold or it was realy dirty. The shower had no storage area for ex. soap bottles. But all in all I would recommend it for the next time.
