「l was overbooked by this hotel. They transfered us to another hotel with no cost for us. If next hotel was good one, I was satisfied.... after that, I claimed value of hotel. They just said ' We kindly transfered you by our cost'. I hate this type of selfish attitude. They were paid by Experia, they cannot say "we have no responsibility in this overbooking, I think.」

「The little fella at the front was very helpful after I accidentally booked one bed for an evening o’ instead of two! Thank you fella」

「I booked through Expedia but I am a IHG Platinum Elite member who was not recognized nor was I given Welcome points for my stay. Front Desk Service was AWFUL!! Even if I couldn't get points for the booking I should have gotten welcome points!! I stayed here in the past but will never stay here again!!」

「Nothing more to say」

「It was great overall. The kids just would have loved a hot tub that’s the only thing missing.」

「朝食がビュッフェだともっと良いです、」

「The TV in our room did not work, When I called about it, I had to wait over an hour and then call again and they sent housekeeping. no compensation was offered. The indoor pool had flooded the pool deck, therefore it was closed. We had to track down something in the morning for the front desk. It appeared they were lacking employees.」
