Great location! Quiet area, yet nearby to everything. The property was very spacious, clean and nice amenities.

Great location

We had a quickly arranged birthday dinner in Newport. Only stayed one night. It would also be perfect for a longer trip and had nice socializing space.

Great Location

We went for 1 night, a group of seven women. The beds are mostly doubles so one of us had to sleep on the pull-out couch, but it was comfortable. Middletown is quiet and gorgeous and we especially enjoyed the proximity to Newport. We had some small issues but they were resolved. Overall a very nice experience.

The house was very well appointed and very comfortable. We had a couple of minor issues but Bryan resolved them immediately. Recommended.

Love this house

In town for OCS graduation, this was the perfect place for our family of 5 to stay! The property is only 15 minutes from OCTN and downtown Newport. I highly recommend making the slightly longer drive to Castle Inn for lunch or dinner. I don’t know which was better, the food or the view. We enjoyed several meals on the deck at the house, too. The rental pics are very accurate. The home is immaculate. The second living room, hot tub and, large yard outside the gates are a bonus. A great place for family reunions, showers, or just to get away for a few days. We loved it 😊

Great place! So many bedrooms! Nice private yard, great if you have a dog. Had a wonderful stay, would stay again. Close enough to Newport to drive in and out no problem, plus close to beaches.
