"It is a beautiful modern property. The beds were comfy and the kitchen set-up very helpful. The staff were all helpful and friendly. Always smiling. We did not like the valet parking set up. People staying in a hotel are usually from elsewhere. We need access to our cars. We are already paying for a hotel room. Add the parking fee to your nightly rate. The gentlemen that worked the valet stand were friendly and professional."

"The hotel itself is nice and a good location in relation to Broadway and stuff. The front desk and housekeeping staff were great. The onsite bar and lounge staff have room for improvement. On our week long stay we visited the bar and pool area several times. 3 different staff took care of us during these visits and they were all the same. We felt like we were too much work or a bother to them. Complete opposite of the front desk staff. Not a huge deal since we just rolled down to broadway earlier than expected but it would have been nicer to hang by the pool or bar area longer and then go get ready to head out. The pool is small but wasn’t crowded any time we went. Nice area to enjoy the morning coffee and wake up with the city. They also have a nice restaurant on the ground floor “Nash House”. I don’t think it’s related to the hotel but the food was good, reasonably priced and the wait staff was good there as well. Never waited for a table on our visits."

"The reason for our stay was to go to the children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt. This hotel was a really comfortable night sleep the beds were out of this world comfortable I’ve never slept on a bed that comfortable in a hotel ever the staff was very nice and helpful the hotels in a great area so much around the breakfast was excellent. There was a chef that cooked omelettes just the way you like them, but overall, the stay was great. The hotel was nice. It was clean. I recommended it!!!!"

"Located by Music Row, lobby is impressive. Food and drinks at the downstairs lounge were great. Room was large, bathroom was huge. Like the slider provided to divide the bathroom from room. Roof top pool was nice, but gets very crowded. Staff didn't replenish the pool towels often, so common to get into an elevator with wet floors. Overall really nice stay, staff for the most part were helpful and easy to stay engaged."

"We had a really good stay the only thing that was really weird. Was we had a hard time getting towels, we ended up having to wait until the next day to get towel towels for a showers because apparently they didn’t have any ready and that was kind of strange and we had to ask several times."

"This hotel was the perfect distance from Broadway. Close enough to walk, far enough to not hear the action. Almost Fridays had amazing food wished it was open later at night. Closed at 9 during the week. The breakfast with 100% worth it. Bodega severed good breakfast."
