"Check in was a bit rough because the waiver fee wouldn’t process. We had some friend that had some issue on check in. Customer service was good and we eventually were able to check in"

"Nice hotel to stay at for a special occasion. If you’re going to the Grand Ole Opry and don’t want to be near Broadway street (where all the populated honky tonk type of bars are), this is a great place because of the location. It’s way too expensive for nothing extraordinary that you can’t find at any other hotel chain. Beautiful atrium with flowers and water features."
