"We had a really nice stay at the Omni Los Angeles Hotel. You cannot beat the location. It is close to Grand Central Market and about a 15-20 minute walk to Little Tokyo. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff was consistently friendly. The only hiccup was the shuttle. It sounded like a great perk, but when we tried to use it to get to Union Station for the Dodger Express, we were told to come down when ready. Once downstairs, it turned into a 40 minute wait. A more organized system, especially for events, would make a big difference. Also worth noting, parking and fees added up more than expected. It was $69 per night plus a $35 daily fee, which came out to about $220 more than we planned for. Still a great stay overall. Just a couple things to keep in mind going in. "

"Amazing room views. The room was clean and modern but if you have allergies to pets this might not be the place for you. We travel with our small dog so I have to say the place was great!! Very friendly staff and good amenities."

"My family and I stayed at this location before and after our cruise. I loved that they offered airport shuttle. That waa a huge help for us flying in/out. The first check in we stayed 2 nights and got a king bed with thr sofa bed. I requested a high floor and hiped to have a view of the area seeing it waa my 1st time in the area. We was given the 5th floor on the back side. We had NO view, the windows was frosted so you had no view. The king bed was very uncomfortable and hard. My son slept on the sofa bed and he said their wasnt enough blankets or pillows (1 blanket and 1 pillow). I was concerned about hearing planes but never heard much noise from outside and barely heard the planes. When we checked in the 1st time, the gentleman was very friendly and helpful. We had dinner at the restaurant and the food was AMAZING. It was nice thay the hotel offered happy hour with snacks and 2 beverages for free. Great way to unwind in the evening before bed. The hotel is absolutely breathtaking. I loved all the flowers and the waterfall/pond with the turtles. Breakfast buffet was spectacular, the made to order eggs was my favorite. It would have been nice to offer bacon as a choice, not everyone likes sausage. The 2nd check on we got the 2 queen beds with the sofa bed and waa given the 3rd floor in the front. The beds was very comfortable!! The sofa bed was still very uncomfortable with lack of covers and pillows again. It was hard to sleep when outside 2 men was leaf blowing late at "

"Nice property, but a couple of things that could help, calling and talking to someone is sometimes impossible, i left a jacket on a Sonesta airport shuttle , just getting a reply to a email seemed a monumental task, with no reply if they could or could not find it. The description of where the shuttles pick people up could be much better, even a simple picture of a typical location would help."
