"Hotel was perfectly located, clean rooms informative and helpful staff. Great restaurant and cafe. Would definitely recommend!"

"I had never stayed here before it was my first time so when I booked my stay, I got the expensive room where it was a city view, but I have to say it was very inconvenient because it was very noisy due to traffic and train noise. I didn’t have a great experience 2 AM that was loud music that was never stopped. Kids running around felt like an earthquake. I don’t know where the security was, but it kept happening. Room service was not Gret recalled and asked for water. They said we can provide it. We have to go down and purchase it and then cleaning the room they did but left the bathroom un cleaned with dirty towels. I had to call twice to ask for new towels, so I was really unsatisfied because my guest was out of state and made it in convenient so I called and asked for a discount. They said you didn’t address this issue to the front desk. I tried to explain that I had a guest out of state and I didn’t wanna make it more uncomfortable than it was so I reached out to the team spoke with the supervisor. He said there’s nothing we can do. Only thing we can do is give you a cheaper rate for next time. I said I don’t think I wanna stay there again so I wouldn’t recommend things were pretty old and couches and the furniture were from 1914 and it’s a lot of upgrading but the staff was amazing. Very nice actually one night we called and ask where the ice machine was three people didn’t know they had to research to tell us that it was on seventh floor, which was not professional"

"Clean hotel, loved the look and the service was easy check in. If you lived in Europe these small rooms and appliances are very much like the ones you’ll see there. Very IKEA coded. Only downfall is the service when I called in didn’t seem like they knew what they were talking about when it came to parking."

"I stayed at the Roosevelt with my partner for 3 days of relaxation and it was a dream! We spent a lot of time at the pool where the staff was super kind and attentive. The pool bar also had surprisingly good food at reasonable prices. Our room was clean and quiet, great bed and linens, great shower. The location is right in Hollywood. We will definitely be back!"
