「The staff are really lovely and helpful. The lady at the reception was very kind to me and helped me when there was an issue with the booking as Expedia had not sent the booking through properly and she still managed to find me a room. Second time I have stayed here and will definitely stay again ❤️」

「部屋が清潔で広々しており、スタッフは皆とてもフレンドリーで快適に滞在することができました。朝食の提供はありませんでしたが、近隣のカフェやマクドナルドについて情報提供してくれました。」

「Clean, well presented, friendly helpful staff and a decent breakfast! Couldn't ask for any more, was a great place to stay. We only stayed one night but would be happy to return and stay longer! Highly recommended」

「5 star downstairs and outside. Grounds are superb. Room was ok... Bed was big, as was TV, but there were things that let it down. Cheap furniture, a wobbly toilet, an unsuitably small shelf in shower, cheap tea and coffee. Also only one bath towel between two, and one hand towel - no bath mat. Not only did it have a stunning view, but the property itself was equipped with everything you could ever need- comfy beds & blankets, a variety of games, a TV, a fab shower in the bathroom, a hot tub... and loads of tea and coffee! From the location, we were able to travel by both car and train to the nearby Merthyr Tydfil and a little further down south to Cardiff; it made for a...

「Excellent property for exploring the Waterfalls and surrounding area. Good facilities provided by Maria and friendly communication. Top Class.」

「Hello,We had a very bad experience during our stay. There was no internet connection available, and since we didn't have internet data ourselves, we couldn't contact you or anyone else. When we finally managed to call the host, they asked us to turn the router off for 15 minutes, but the internet still did not work. This put us in a terrible and helpless situation. Please look into this matter."」
