IMPORTANT GUEST INFORMATION:
* A $100 deposit per night of your stay is required.
This deposit covers the following:
- Resort Fee: $35 per night
- Valet Parking Fee: $35 + tax per night
- Administration Fee: $10 per night
Any unused portion of the deposit will be applied toward incidentals or refunded at check-out.

* Smoking Policy: please be aware that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, as well as on balconies, backyards, or front yards (if applicable). To maintain a smoke-free environment, we enforce a strict no-smoking policy. Any violation of this policy will incur a $500 penalty.
