This is our second time staying at this place it is located in a great area easy to drive anywhere. Very close to wynwood. Great AC and clean bathroom and comfortable beds. Small space but good for 2 people

This property is exactly as advertised- small studio, clean, and well located. It’s perfect for when you’re just looking for a place to lay your head. Bit of a tight space, so while it could technically sleep 3, better for 1-2 people. I really appreciated this quick and helpful communication with the host! Would stay again.

Property was on the edge of a fringe neighborhood. Only bare essentials were provided, NO hair dryer, bath mat, hand towel, wash cloth. Mattress was very thin, top sheet was too small. There wasn’t any hot water on our second morning and when we returned from breakfast there wasn’t any running water at all. Would not stay again. It was easy access getting in with keypad.

The stay was great! Room was quite small ideal for two people but it was super cleaned and smelled good. Although small the attention to detail was there. The area was quite lonely almost deserted. It was walking distance to restaurants, bar lounges, which were filled with More people. The walls are really thin, keep that in mind!.. I don’t know if it’s done often but the front gate and driveway fence were kept opened all day, although the area was very quite, anyone who wanted to get onto the property was able too because of so. I would stay here again for a short stay

Had a great stay at this location the only thing was it was hard to get inside since we got there late and the numbering is not good there are multiple small apartments to rent in the building and they individually are not labeled as to which unit is yours but we were able to figure it out other than that I really appreciate the good AC provided and toiletries like toilet paper and towels provided also bed was very comfortable would definitely stay here again Small space would be best for 2 people

Downtown Art District

Clean. Close to Expressways. Great communication. Power went out during stay. Received refund. Great customer service. Great hosts. Parking could be tricky, but we had a Supercrew truck. Overall, good experience.

Quick stay, no fancy thrills

We had an overnight layover in Miami and wanted to explore Wynwood while we were in the city. The VRBO is within walking distance to many places in Wynwood or a quick car ride. The VRBO was clean and pretty much as described. There were no thrills to this stay, it's pretty much a clean place to rest your head for the night. Communication with the owner was great leading up to and even during our stay - especially when we got confused and attempted to go through the wrong door. There are limited towels - be aware.

Can’t go wrong!

Location was prime, walking distance to the main strip, property was very clean and updated. Felt safe in the area. Would definitely book again! Quincy was great and quick to respond to inquiries.
