5-star LYFE Resort/condo, the modern American beach retreat, built in 2017 , one of the best beaches in Miami, guests enjoy 9th sundeck overlooking the At Ocean with private cabanas, 3 pools, fitness center. Enjoy conveniences of home with Sub -Zero appliances, washer dryer, cookware, coffee maker, WIFI, TV, fitness center, restaurants, spa, beach service near hotel, 24 hours concierge. Comfortably sleeps 4 people with King size bed and 1 convertible sofa bed. All pools open to the public.

THE SPACE:
– Separate 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, full kitchen with everything you need if you choose to cook at home, living room, washer & dryer, and balcony.
– Spacious 841 ft² (78 m²) of living space.
– Ocean & City view.
– Bathroom is fully stocked with premium amenities for your personal needs (just like a hotel would)
– Entertainment amenities include a TV, cable television and free high-speed wireless Internet.

Guest access
When you stay in our private residence you can pamper yourself in all the wonderful hotel amenities, which include pool, plush chairs on the white sandy beach, Spa, gym, room service, and valet. You are treated just like a hotel guest.

1-14 days: $40/day
15-29 days: $35/day
• 30+ days: $30/day

Valet Parking (plus tax):
1-7 days: $35/day
• 8+ days: $30/day
3-hour short-term: $20 + $8/hour extra

– Pets: We follow the hotel's rules regarding pets. Pets are subject to approval. Owners retain the right of refusal.
– Traveler is renting a privately-owned residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary hotel operator.
– Housekeeping services are not included in room rate and not provide by unit owner.
- Supplies are not restocked by the owner beyond initial set.

- Please if you need to wash anything from the unit during your stay do not mix colors with whites. Due to color bleed the whites will be ruined and results in additional charge to replace damaged items.

Amazing getaway!

The property and the unit were fabulous! We had an amazing time. Everyone had a smile and treated us like family. The views were stunning, both day and night. We were right between Ft Lauderdale, and South beach. Souroinded
