"Better than expected! Location is perfect!"

"Room was great. Toilet flush broke, room unfortunately has a burned butter/ steak old cooked meat smell the whole time we were there. third floor ice maker was broken. Hair dryer in bedroom two was broken. there was one coffee pouch, for multiple days. Grotto hot tub was closed. View was great, air conditioning was great. overall property is getting a bit dilapidated and run down."

"Close to restaurants. Room was just ok. Not great! Rug was soiled and dirty. Had small bugs crawling on the ceiling and on the walls near the beds. Was not happy with the condo. Also, I wasn't told until after I booked the room with my card that it was a non view room. If I would have known that before, I wouldn't have booked it in the first place.. I would not recommend this room to anyone who likes to stay in a nice clean room. Rug needs to be steam cleaned or replace with something else....

"This is a beautiful property and the experience was great. The pool and the deck were so relaxing and the staff at the restaurant were extremely kind. The only disappointment I had was that we couldn’t check in until 4 pm, which include no use of any of the facilities before your room is ready. There were also some bugs in the room which were talked about in the description. I believe that it’s normal for lake chelan due to the water and heat, but if you don’t like bugs then just be aware. "We wouldn’t stay here again but it was a last minute trip and our first time so we didn’t have much options to choose from. Although the location was within walking distance to town that was really the only great part of the stay. There is no good lake access, the bedroom was tiny with no closet so we had to keep our luggage out in the living room. The pictures made sq footage look bigger than it is. The tiki bar on property closes at 6pm and smells of puke and bleach, no wonder no one is ever...

"I will admit that upon pulling up to the property I was a little caught off guard because it didn’t look very nice from the outside. The interior was absolutely fine though and I had a great time. It is very centrally located so you can walk to a lot of the restaurants and shops! I was met with kindness by the people at the front desk enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend staying there on the 1st/bottom floor specifically!"
