"The hotel has only 1 level and the rooms are like around the building. As we reached super early at the hotel, the manager was kind enough to let us upgrade our room and checked in early as well. Staffs were nice n helpful too. Mydin and bus station were very nearby too."

"The problem with senduduk tent is there's no bathroom provided for senduduk and paid 300+ without it. The toilet also only has two only. With so many tents together use definitely not enough. Also that time when I used the water is running out and that totally ruined the experience. Also there's a cafe nearby where they shared the same bathroom. This totally unacceptable "

"Jojo was a wonderful host. The care she puts into her house for the guests’ comfort (from the communication, instructions, book of recommendations, snacks&drinks to different kinds of body&face wash) were very much appreciated. What was not mentioned in the posting was the availability of laundry which was a pleasant surprise. The only thing is it’s 15mins outside the core city, but if you have a car, it’s not a problem. The shower was a bit confusing to turn on so would’ve been good to have a...

"Comfortable, clean and big with some mishaps. Only one outlet spot at a corner of the room so that’s quite inconvenient. The toilet and shower head was leaking. "

"Everything was really good, from the initial greeting at check-in to the efficiency of the check-out. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Our only criticism was the bass noise coming from the club next door. While this is not the fault of the hotel, it was difficult to get to sleep on our final night. Very clean and comfortable room. "Apartment is good except very stingy on toilet paper. There’s 4 adults staying in the apartment for five days and only allocated 4 rolls. We need to request for it and only given 2 rolls until we need to buy our own tissues. There was no water during one night in toilets and we were unable to flush and wash hands till next morning which there were no communication or warning. Unable to make drink water or make beverages too. "
